WEEK 1 - RESTORE

Great sex is the byproduct of healthy emotional intimacy. So first we clear the energy of the past, to create a strong foundation of trust and emotional safety. No more hiding or walking on eggshells. This is where the masks come off and the alchemy begins.

  • Explore your shared values, vision and relational purpose

  • Discover each other’s needs, desires and boundaries 

  • Rework the rules - are your current (implicit or explicit) relational agreements still serving your highest evolution? 

  • Share your unspoken longings and heartbreaks with honesty and grace 

  • Lead with intentionality and commitment to your shared purpose and journey ahead 

WEEK 3 - REIGNITE

This is the week where things get deliciously juicy and primal. We light the fire of desire. This is where pleasure becomes your prayer and the bedroom becomes your Temple. 

  • Expand your edges and expressions of sensual and erotic intimacy.

  • Express your truth around desires and fantasies to bring the fire back into your sex life

  • Balance the polarities of masculine and feminine to build desire and magnetism

Our final week together you will embody and integrate everything you’ve discovered and experienced
